Usui Ryoho Reiki Level I Practitioner Training With Diane Littel, MS, LPC, CSAC — Usui Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher Will provide an in-depth and professionally guided 8-hour Usui Ryoho Reiki Level I certification training. This comprehensive course introduces you to the traditional system of Reiki and provides a strong foundation for both personal use and professional development as a Reiki practitioner. What Is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy-based healing modality that supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is widely used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, support healing processes, and restore energetic balance. Through 3 Reiki attunements, you will be opened to the Reiki energy and learn how to channel it safely and effectively. Who Should Attend? This training is open to anyone who is seeking stress reduction and nervous system regulation. Working through emotional or physical challenges. Interested in personal growth and spiritual development. Feeling called to energy work or holistic healing practices. Considering future Reiki training. **No prior experience is required.** Course Content: -The history and lineage of Usui Ryoho Reiki. -Core principles and ethics of Reiki practice. -Basic energy anatomy: auras, chakras, and energetic flow. -How Reiki works and what attunements are. -Practical applications for self, others, animals, plants, and environments. -Supervised hands on practice sessions to build confidence and skill. -Apply Reiki to spaces, food, crystals, and objects -Understand how Reiki supports the body’s natural healing processes Each student will receive: Reiki Level I training manual 3 - Level I Reiki attunement(s) Certification of completion Class Size: Minimum: 4 participants Maximum: 8 participants Private Training Option: Private in-person or virtual Reiki Level I training is available for $250 and may be scheduled directly with Diane Littel. Lunch Break: Participants are responsible for their own lunch. This allows for individual dietary needs and preferences. You may bring a bag lunch or visit nearby restaurants during the 45-minute break. Health & Wellness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your training. If you are at the end of a cold or recovering from illness, a mask may be required to help protect the group.
