Through these connections, she offers messages intended to support healing of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each person. Kathy receives guidance that she believes serves each individual's highest good and shares her work from a foundation of love and faith.

There is something deeply meaningful about creating your own spirit drum with your own hands. More than an instrument, a spirit drum becomes a sacred companion—one that carries your intentions, prayers, healing, and unique rhythm throughout your life's journey.
Join Diane Littel, Earth Spirit Medicine™ Practitioner, Teacher, and Drum Doula, for a heart-centered, hands-on workshop where you'll craft your own 15-inch maple frame spirit drum in a supportive, intentional, and welcoming environment. Throughout the experience, you'll be guided through meditation, intention setting, and a traditional drum blessing ceremony as your drum comes to life.
All materials and tools are provided, and no prior experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to create.
Whether you are called to use your drum for meditation, ceremony, healing work, personal reflection, or simply to deepen your connection with nature and spirit, this workshop offers a meaningful experience that honors creativity, tradition, and personal transformation.

15" maple wood drum frame
Choice of elk, deer, or horse drumhead
All tools and materials
Step-by-step guidance throughout the drum-making process

As I sit and reflect on this year's Soul Goddess Journey Retreat, I am reminded of something I have witnessed time and time again: each retreat unfolds exactly as it is meant to.
Every year, women arrive carrying different stories, challenges, hopes, and dreams. And every year, the retreat seems to take on the unique energy that is needed for those who gather. The conversations, tears, laughter, breakthroughs, connections, and moments of stillness all weave together in a way that could never be perfectly planned.
This year was no different.
The group may have been smaller than in years past, yet it was exactly the size it needed to be. The women who showed up received what their hearts, minds, and spirits were seeking—whether that was healing, clarity, courage, connection, rest, self-discovery, or simply the reminder that they are not alone on their journey.
To each woman who shared her authentic self, trusted the process, held space for another, and stepped into her own transformation—thank you. Your presence helped create something truly sacred.
My heart is full of gratitude for the lessons, the memories, and the magic that unfolded throughout the weekend. Watching women reconnect with their inner wisdom and witness their own strength is one of the greatest honors of my life.
