Service Description
IntuitiveCare / Holistic Consultation for Optimal Wellness Embark on a journey towards optimal wellness and recovery with our IntuitiveCare / Holistic Consultation. This session serves as a brief 15 minute discussion about your current life circumstances and potential disruptions in mind, body, and spirit, including past traumas and ancestral influences. Based on the conversation, we will discuss your options for optimal wellness and recovery, we will explore which of our holistic services best suit your needs such as: IntuitiveCare, Earth Spirit Medicine™ Reiki, and or Dream Interpretation. We will tailor our services to meet your unique needs and goals. We offer In-Person, Phone and Remote consultations. The In-person sessions are available at our Eau Claire location, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for healing. Alternatively, we have phone and remote sessions, which our remote session are done via secure video chat platform, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients. **JUST A NOTE: Our Remote sessions are equally effective as in-person sessions, allowing you to receive holistic care from the comfort of your own home. Our practitioner will provide you with the necessary instructions or links for your remote sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: All sessions are scheduled through Calendly. You will receive email and text reminders for your appointment. A valid email address and phone number are required in order to schedule. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any service (sessions, classes, trainings, or workshops). Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee will be charged. 24 hours or more: 50% of the session fee will be charged. No-shows: Full session fee will be charged. Two no-shows may require prepayment for future sessions. **Fees are invoiced electronically. Packages: Missed or late-canceled package sessions result in forfeiture of one session. Package plans, class deposits, and training deposits are non-refundable. Packages may be purchased for another person but must be used by one individual only. Refunds: All packages and deposits for classes or trainings are non-refundable once purchased. Availability: Practitioner availability varies, if the practitioner must reschedule, you will be notified and a new time will be arranged. Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to scheduling communications in a timely manner. Agreement: By purchasing any service, class, or training, you agree to these terms. Earthways Healing, LLC reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
