Rebuilding Your Relationship with Yourself from the Inside Out A Gentle, Embodied Journey of Self-Compassion and Self-Trust Format: 6 weeks · 2 hours each session · Online via Zoom (you'll be provided with one link for all 6 weeks) Structure each week: Teach • Reflect • Journal • Share • Integrate Materials included: Comprehensive workbook by Diane Littel and a FREE supplement PDF Journal "Self-Love Workbook for Women: Release Self-Doubt, Build Self-Compassion, and Embrace Who You Are" by Author Megan Logan, MSW, LCSW This course is led by Diane Littel, MS, LPC, NCC, ESMTP - A Path to Self-Love and Inner Healing is a 6-week, trauma-informed, heart-centered journey designed to help you rebuild your relationship with yourself from the inside out. This gentle, embodied experience supports you in shifting out of self-criticism, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion, and into greater self-compassion, self-trust, and inner stability. Rather than focusing on “fixing” yourself, this journey invites you to create a safer, kinder, more supportive relationship with your inner world—your thoughts, emotions, body, and needs. Through guided reflection, nervous-system-aware practices, journaling, group discussion, and somatic integration, you will learn how to meet yourself with more honesty and care, honor your boundaries, listen to your body, and build a more compassionate inner voice. This is not a quick-fix program. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: All sessions are scheduled through Calendly. You will receive email and text reminders for your appointment. A valid email address and phone number are required in order to schedule. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any service (sessions, classes, trainings, or workshops). Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee will be charged. 24 hours or more: 50% of the session fee will be charged. No-shows: Full session fee will be charged. Two no-shows may require prepayment for future sessions. **Fees are invoiced electronically. Packages: Missed or late-canceled package sessions result in forfeiture of one session. Package plans, class deposits, and training deposits are non-refundable. Packages may be purchased for another person but must be used by one individual only. Refunds: All packages and deposits for classes or trainings are non-refundable once purchased. Availability: Practitioner availability varies, if the practitioner must reschedule, you will be notified and a new time will be arranged. Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to scheduling communications in a timely manner.
