Diane Littel, a Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner, offers a unique service utilizing seven specific essential oils designed for emotional release. This therapeutic practice involves the controlled use of essential oils to enhance an individual's overall health and well-being. Aromatherapy, when applied in conjunction with standard medical treatment, aims to reduce or alleviate physical, emotional, or spiritual symptoms. Technique: It is important to come in loose fitting clothing, relax and give yourself permission to release all that does not serve your highest good. During the session, Diane will use the Emotional Aromatherapy Technique (E.A.T.) developed by Dana Young of Be Young Total Health that uses specific essential oils, taking each essential individually and applying to the back in a carefully designed sequence. They are applied with light feather touch to the back. Moist / warm towels will also be utilized during this session. This technique and approach facilitates the release of emotional distress that may be trapped within the body tissues. The controlled and intentional use of these essential oils aims to promote a deeper level of emotional healing and overall balance. Each essential oil was chosen based on its chemical consitituents that would support or allow for the cellular release of particular emotional disruptions trapped in the tissue. Cost for E.A.T. starts at $150 depending on how long session goes. Typical length is 60 min. / 90 min is $200. Cancellation Policy

All services require a non-refundable deposit and will be requested at time of booking. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or this happens more than once, you will be invoiced the remainder of the service you booked. If you cancel and or do not show up for a workshop / class / training and a deposit was required, the deposit will be not be refunded. Thank you.
