April 30th Drum Workshop

Service Description

This drum workshop will be facilitated by Diane Littel, Menominee artisan and drum maker, AKA Drum Doula. She will guide you through the process of creating your own beautiful spirit drum made with a Cedar frame (octagon shape) or Maple frame (round). Diane has been creating and making spirit drums for several years. She will walk you through step by step through your drum making journey, afterwards there will be a guided meditation with your drum to provide a deeper connection with your spirit drum. She will also provide you with information on how to care for your drum. Each drumhead will vary in color, some might be darker or have other variations. Included in this workshop: a drum frame, drumhead (horse hide), lacing, and leather binding along with a drum beater. A NON-Refundable deposit is required for this workshop - $150 SIGN UP DEADLINE: March 30, 2023 ALL deposits have to be in by this date.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or this happens more than once, you will be invoiced half the cost of the service you booked. If you cancel and or do not show up for a workshop / class / training and a deposit was required, the deposit will be not be refunded. Thank you.
